Monte Commercial Policy
Terms and Conditions of Supply
This policy aims to establish the general conditions for supply, exchange, return, warranty, payment and delivery of products sold by Montê Tecnologia para Energia, applicable to both individual and legal entity customers. It is highly recommended that this document be read carefully and in full before placing any order, in order to ensure full knowledge of the rights and duties involved in the acquisition of our products.
1. ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1.1. Orders can be placed through the following service channels: email, text message, telephone or in person at our physical store.
1.2. After receiving the request, the sales team will check the availability of products in stock, as well as pricing in accordance with the negotiation previously established with the customer.
1.3. Once the viability of the request has been confirmed, the service will be carried out, which consists of the following steps:
Separation of products according to customer requests;
Proper packaging of items, ensuring their integrity during transport;
Issuance of the sales invoice, an essential document for any exchanges, returns and guarantees;
Provision of products for shipping, either through a carrier indicated by the customer or collection directly from the Montê physical store.
2. EXCHANGES
2.1. The customer may request the exchange of products purchased within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of purchase, and must formalize the request in writing, specifying the reason for the exchange and presenting the corresponding Invoice.
2.2. For the exchange to be accepted, the returned products must be:
In their original packaging, without any damage;
No signs of use or damage;
Accompanied by all accessories and manuals, if applicable.
2.3. Montê reserves the right to analyze the request and determine its viability. If approved, the customer may choose a product equivalent in value or credit for a future purchase, as agreed between the parties.
3. RETURNS (LEGAL ENTITY)
3.1. The return of products by legal entity customers will be permitted exclusively in cases of duly proven manufacturing defects.
3.2 . To initiate the return process, the customer must present a detailed technical report containing:
Detailed description of the defects identified;
Information on the application and conditions of use of the product;
Visual evidence, such as photographs and demonstration videos.
3.3. The report and supporting documents must be sent to the email address suporte@monte.rs. The request will be analyzed internally, and the product may be subjected to laboratory tests to validate the alleged defect.
3.4. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, with the customer being responsible for the shipping costs.
3.5. Returns due to regret or relating to products manufactured under specific demand will not be accepted for legal entities.
4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (INDIVIDUAL)
4.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), individual customers who make purchases outside of a commercial establishment, that is, by electronic means or telephone, will have a period of 7 (seven) calendar days, from receipt of the product, to exercise the right to regret, without the need for justification.
4.2. To exercise this right, the customer must formalize the return request in writing, via email to comercial@monte.rs, informing the purchase details and attaching the corresponding Invoice.
4.3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use and accompanied by all accessories and manuals, if applicable. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 (ten) business days after confirmation of receipt of the item by Montê.
5. WARRANTY
5.1. All products sold by Montê have a legal warranty of 18 (eighteen) months against manufacturing defects, and some products may have an extended warranty of up to 24 (twenty-four) months.
5.2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Improper use or incorrect installation;
Natural wear and tear or limited useful life of the product;
Operation under conditions that exceed the mechanical and electrical limits specified by the manufacturer.
5.3. To activate the warranty, the customer must send an email to suporte@monte.rs containing a detailed description of the problem, illustrative photos and videos and the purchase invoice number.
5.4. If it is found that the defect is not covered by the warranty, the product will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs charged separately.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
6.1. Montê offers the following payment methods to its customers:
Cash (only for in-person purchases);
Pix;
TED;
Debit or credit card;
Bank slip.
6.2. The customer is responsible for checking bank details before making any payment. Montê is not responsible for amounts transferred erroneously to third parties.
6.3. No Montê employee is authorized to receive payments into personal accounts or directly at the customer's headquarters.
7. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
7.1. The purchased goods may be delivered using the following shipping methods:
FOB (Free on Board): The customer chooses the carrier and assumes the risks and costs of transportation from the moment the product leaves Montê.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): Montê is responsible for transportation, assuming the risks until delivery to the customer's address.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Montê reaffirms its commitment to the excellence of the products offered and recommends that customers have technical knowledge to make choices appropriate to their needs.
